Let’s Get Fit Together This Summer!
ALL ARE WELCOME! CLASSES ARE FREE!
Yoga in the green space of Mt. Pleasant Park is a great way to close the weekend and get ready for the new work week. Certified yoga instructor Nikole McLeod will lead you as you stretch and breathe out the week’s stresses. Never done yoga? No worries! This class is designed for everyone, no matter your age or level of yoga experience. All you need is:
A yoga mat
A full bottle of water
A can do attitude
You must be 18 to take these classes. If this is your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early to sign the class waiver. Classes are cancelled for rain or if thunderstorms are in the forecast.
Offered by the Providence Parks Department as part of the city’s “Fitness in the Park” programming running July - August this summer.
