Updates About School in Providence During Quarantine

Continued Distance Learning & Upcoming School Breaks

 

As we continue sheltering at home in an effort to contain further outbreaks of COVID-19 here in the Captial City, we also have to think about the great work Providence Public Schools has been doing to make sure school is still an option through distance learning and related efforts being coordinated with the Rhode Island Department of Education.

Providence Public schools has prepared a letter that discusses upcoming breaks, continued online learning, and how grades will be handled during the remainder of the school year during the ongoing quarantine period.

A Press Conference for K-12 Students & Parents

On Thursday, April 2, at 1pm, during her daily press conference, Governor Raimondo and Commissioner Infante-Green will be taking questions from our K-12 students and their parents.
