Request an In-Home COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment

While all people are urged to look for a COVID-19 vaccine through vaccination clinics and local pharmacies, there are people who cannot leave their homes to visit these vaccination centers.

Click the button below to contact the Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) to request an in-home COVID-19 vaccine appointment if you are homebound and are eligible.

This also applies for any medical professional or a caregiver responsible for the care of a patient or family confined in your home.
