KNOW WHERE TO VOTE

Never voted before? Or recently moved to a different ward or town in Rhode Island. Check in with your local Board of Canvassers to find out where the polling station in your neighborhood is located. They’re located in your city/town hall.

GET A RIDE TO YOUR POLLING STATION

Many places of worship often provide rides for their members who don’t have transportation, so reach out to them if you need a ride to your polling place.

And this year, ride-sharing company is offering free or discounted rides to citizens who want to vote but don’t have access to transportation to do so. This is part of their LyftUp program to expand transportation access to communities and individuals that need it through donated rides.
