A Look Back on 2019 in Ward 5 & City Hall
As the year draws to a close, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and for the trust you have placed in me as your Councilwoman. A lot was accomplished in 2019, and there’s still more to do in 2020 and I am ready to put in the work for you, my neighbors and friends.
May the Holiday season fill your home with joy, your heart with love, and your life with laughter.

We had a great turn out on April 17 when community members from Mt. Pleasant, Pleasant Valley Parkway, and Trinity Parkway helped plant a few trees and clean up garbage in celebration of Earth Day. The weather wasn’t great, but the energy was!
Majority Leader Ryan, city and state representative; and the family members and friends of Joseph V. “Bucky” Conley were present as the newly renovated stadium was rededicated in his honor.
It was a great time this during year’s Ward 5 annual “Christmas on the Parkway” winter festival along Pleasant Valley Parkway, where neighbors and friends enjoyed, food, fun, and a visit from jolly old Saint Nick himself.
We had a great turn out this weekend as we planted new trees in Elmhurst with the help of neighbors, City Forrester, Doug Sill, and the Providence Neighborhood Planting Program.
